Level 3 First Response Emergency Care (FREC3) (RQF)

This qualification is ideal:

  • For people seeking a career in the emergency services, ambulance service, the event and security medical sector or those who work in high risk workplaces.

  • Based on the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) training standard for delivery of First Aid at Work (FAW) courses for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981

 

This qualification gives learners the opportunity to gain the knowledge,skills and competencies needed to deal with a range of prehospital care emergencies, such as: managing a patient’s airways, catastrophic bleeding, management of fractures, medical emergencies and more.
