Prehospital Trauma Life Support
NAEMT's Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) is recognised around the world as the leading continuing education programme for pre-hospital emergency trauma care. The mission of PHTLS is to promote excellence in trauma patient management by all providers involved in the delivery of pre-hospital care through global education. PHTLS is developed by NAEMT in cooperation with the American College of Surgeons' Committee on Trauma.
We have gathered a first class faculty of PHTLS Instructors together to deliver this course over 2 days. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a certificate of completion, a wallet card recognizing them as PHTLS providers for 4 years, and 16 hours of CAPCE credit.
This course is a 16-hour course for EMTs, paramedics, nurses, physician assistants, physicians and other pre-hospital providers.
We are very excited about being able to offer this course to our students. Should you be interested, please contact us for more information and our next dates for our PHTLS course.
